Why rent a tent? Party tents keep the sun and rain off of your guests while they are outside. Tents can also help create boundaries in large open spaces like parks. Having a closed off tent allows for privacy and noise reduction for neighbors. You are not limited to ending the party early! You can celebrate longer than you would be allowed in a venue.

Does the tent need to go over grass or concrete? Party tents work with free-standing frames. The tents and canopies do not need to sit on concrete. Tents can be staked securely in the grass or dirt. If your tent is going over a hard surface, tents must be staked to water barrels to ensure safety in the event of high winds.

How do I make a Reservation? Give us a call to place your order with us and get a consultation to ensure you have the right size for your event. We deliver, set up, take down, and pick up all tents or canopies.  Delivery fee will be calculated based on your zipcode, we will charge for mileage, labor and time. Pick up is not available for tents due to safety reasons. Framed canopies and tents must be strapped down for the safety of you and your guests.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, a cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation from time of booking up to 10 days before the event, If 10 days or less prior to the event no refund will be given. Deposit is equal to cancelation fee.

How soon should I order?
It is never too soon to place an order. Order what you know you need, and you can always add.

What do I need to place an order?
You will need an ID, a Credit or Debit card and the required deposit amount.
